The ambience of the room and hotel was very good and I enjoyed my time here. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is very easy to reach nearby sightseeing places. The staff is very nice. The cleanliness of rooms is wonderful as it gives us the sense of royal stay.

Nice boutique hotel, strategically located right in between Pichola and Fateh Sagar Lake, which are the two highlight lakes of Udaipur. Staff is helpful and gives really good local tips to get most out of your visit. The only change I can suggest is to let guests use steam room without having to pay for other spa services

Full of positive vibes starting with entrance. Beautiful rooms with nice ambience. Food at Pot 24/7 is marvellous and Sangria Bar is too lively to sit and enjoy. All services whether be room service, resturant are too good. A wonderful place for stay in Udaipur.

We stayed at Swaroop Vilas for 3 nights in March 2024. This is a very beautiful hotel, that is used for weddings, so very pretty in every way. It has a lovely wine/cocktail open air bar called Sangria on the top floor, which has late music (1.30am) at the weekends and also serves delicious food. There's also a formal dining room at the hotel and a restaurant called The Pot Garden which serves the most delicious breakfasts and food all day long. Our room was facing the lake and was the most beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. The hotel faces the Lake Swaroop and is walk able to town and the other lakes also. Nikita and Vignesh were very welcoming, as were all the other staff at the hotel. Would definitely stay again, should we visit Udaipur.

This hotel is nothing more than a dharamshala being overpriced. Rating themselves as a 4 star property which is a scam. The photos are all photoshopped. The good reviews are all purchased and fake. The staff is rude and arrogant. The spa is over priced. The buffet breakfast spread is below standard with limited options. Food taste is horrible. They serve everything cold.the staff is rude and arrogant and untrained. Live music which is played can be heard in the rooms disturbing the guests who want to sleep. The superior rooms have a view of the backyard. There is no water pressure in the shower. The towels are dirty. The duvet cover has lints all over. No hospitality and service for the guests. The lift is dirty and unhygienic. They don't switch on the lights fan n AC in the restaurant serving breakfast unless asked by the guests. So I basically have to sweat while eating. These is no variety of breads. No sweet dish in breakfast buffet claiming themselves to be a heritage 4 star property. Highly understaffed. No cancellation policy. It's a money making racket. There is no Jain food option available in the buffet and I r charging approx 7k per night. Food taste just touches the bottom. The pool view picture which is everywhere on the internet is fully forged. This hotel should be banned. Else all their stars should be withdrawn if they can't live up to the standard. The only pro is the room size. I would suggest not to book this hotel for ur vacation at any cost..even if u r being paid for it.
